The Ashley Way was created to empower women all over the world and make realize that with hard work and consistency anything is possible. While The Ashley Way programs are directed towards health and fitness goals we aim to help women be the best version of themselves in and out of the gym. Whatever you want in life you are capable of having and what better way to start learning how much you are capable of than by pushing your mind and body to it’s limits in the gym. During your program you will learn proper nutrition, you will build a stronger physique and a more positive mindset. Our goal is simple… we are going to show you what you are made of and what hard work and consistency can lead to!
Hi I’m Ashley!
My goal when starting The Ashley Way was simple, to be able to empower as many women as possible and help them find their inner strength through fitness and to encourage them to live a happy and healthy life.
Looking good and feeling good is a great feeling and I love being able to help women learn to love their bodies, however my goal is much deeper than that. My goal when starting The Ashley Way, was to help women like me realize how much they are capable of and how much they are worth! I work closely with all of clients to hold them accountable and show them how amazing they are and how much they can accomplish in and out of the gym!
I am a NASM certified personal trainer with a Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science and an Associates Degree in Psychology. I found my true love for fitness when I was at low time in my life and quickly learned that by focusing my energy on fitness I slowly started to adjust my lifestyle and thrive in all areas of my life not because I looked better but because I felt better and I began looking at things differently. Instead of road blocks, I saw obstacles that I could surpass and instead of thinking things wouldn’t happen, I MADE them happen! I want to do the same for women who think they are not capable, YOU ARE!
