I began The Ashley Way October 2, 2017 and I never looked back. I was weighing in at almost 160 lbs when I began, and after twelve weeks of support, guidance and kicks ass workouts by Ashley I am happy with the woman I have worked hard to become. I not only lost the weight but I gained the knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
